CANCELLATION:

Cancellation charges will be applied as follows:

-Up to 15 days before arrival, 25% of total stay -  50% of your deposit will be refunded

-14 to 7 days before arrival, 35% of total stay - 40% of your deposit will be refunded 

- 6 to 3 days before arrival, 50% of total stay - 25% of your deposit will be refunded

- 2 day or No Show, 100% of total stay
