Elena Reygadas (Mexico City, 1976) is a mother and cooker. Her creative project is marked by the idea that cooking can encourage sharing, enjoyment and coexistence. Beside it can make possible the well-being of people and land.
Reygadas, who in 2014 obtained Latin America’s Best Female Chef recognition, has created her own world which has transformed the Mexican culinary scene. In addition to Rosetta, her flagship restaurant, she is also the owner of Lardo, Café Nin and three bakeries.
