During these times of change, we have been contemplating the tranquility that our spiritual island of Holbox brings us every day. We decided to be aware of the choice of positive thoughts because of the love we have for this island, our guests, workers, and our families.

It is our intention to offer peace and serenity through actions and architecture. We have worked on renovations at our Mojito's Beach Club, our Ser Esencia Restaurant and the main building, but most importantly, we have implemented all the health protocols and recommendations, in order to keep you safe and sound.

COVID 19 MEASURES

- Tables and chairs str arranged to allow appropriate social distancing.
- Menus are sanitized after each use.
- All dining areas are sanitized between seats.
- The handling of all products and ingredients in your meals are compliant to health standards.
- Service personnel maintain personal hygiene and follow local and international guidance when handling food.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

GUEST ROOMS

- All rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected using sanitizing sprays.
- As part of the room amenities, you can find a protection kit with antibacterial gel, face masks and disinfectant wipes.
- All luggage is disinfected prior to delivery to the guest's room.
- All contact points (light switches, door handles, etc.) are disinfected daily during cleaning service.

PERSONNEL

- Areas in hotel, specific for personal are equipped with disinfectant products for personal use.
- Sanitation of hands and shoes upon entering the hotel.
- Personnel will use protective gear when in suites and performing cleaning tasks.
- Personnel will practice continuous hand washing (every 30 minutes).
- Daily temperature measurement are taken upon entering the hotel.

COMMON AREAS

- All high-touch points (light switches, door handles, etc.) are disinfected regularly.
- Disinfectant gel is available throughout the hotel.

POOL AND BEACH AREA

- Beach beds are cleaned and disinfected daily.
- Beach furniture arranged to allow social distancing.
