A 25% charge of the total amount is made at the time of confirmation. This amount is non-refundable.
The remaining amount, equivalent to 75% of the total reservation, will be charged 15 days before your arrival and will not be refundable.

Date Change Policies

Date changes up to 20 days before arrival: the 25% deposit is considered in favor of the new date.
Date change with less than 20 days before arrival: the 25% deposit will be taken as a penalty.

Cancellation Policies

If the reservation is canceled completely or partially (except during **Super High Seasons):

Cancellation up to 15 days before arrival: the 25% deposit will be taken as a penalty.
Cancellation with less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of your reservation will be penalized.

**Super High Seasons:
Easter Week: From March 23 to 31.
Christmas and New Year: From December 23 to January 6, 2025.

Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: the 25% deposit will be taken as a penalty.
Cancellation with less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of your reservation will be penalized.

Early Check-out

In the case of Early Check-out or No Show: 100% of your total reservation will be charged.

Please note

According to the policies, if any refund applies, the hotel has up to 60 days after cancellation to issue the corresponding refund.
Refunds are subject to a $50 USD administrative fee.

Extra Person

All our rates apply for double or single occupancy.
Additional adult $70 USD (not applicable in all room categories).
Maximum 3 adults (not applicable in all room categories).
Children under 2 years old staying in the room with adults stay for free.
Children between 2 and 6 years old staying in the room with adults $30 USD (restrictions apply).
Children 6 years old and above staying in the room with adults $70 USD (not applicable in all room categories).

Taxes, Services and Resort Fee:

Rates values are in US dollars.
Room rates conversion to Mexican peso: the exchange rate of the day of the charge will be used, considering the exchange rate published by the DOF (Official Gazette of the Federation).
Rates include taxes, 16% VAT, 5% lodging.
Resort fee of $19.75 USD.
Environmental tax of $2.25 USD per night per room will be added to your account.
