David Ellzey is a spiritual teacher, author, performer, poet, and mentor devoted to the awakening of consciousness, love, and our true nature. Since a profound experience of the infinite at age fourteen, his life’s work has centered on guiding others into deeper self-knowing and inner freedom. He has taught, mentored, and presented across four continents, from leadership trainings at the United Nations to conferences on health, peace, and non-duality around the world. One of the few globally licensed instructors of The Sedona Method®, David integrates the practice of letting go with self-inquiry, sacred breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement. His work offers practical pathways to release emotional burdens, quiet the mind, and directly experience the openness and compassion at the heart of being.
